Yours is an AI companion app operated by Vunpeko ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. Your conversations are some of the most personal data there is, and we treat them that way.

What we collect

• Conversations: the messages and voice messages you send, and your companion's replies, voice notes and photos. Voice messages and calls are transcribed so he can answer them.
• Photos you share: photos you send in the chat, and, if you add one, a photo of yourself used to create pictures of the two of you (and a short description of how you look in it, so your companion knows you). You can remove your photo (and the pictures made from it) anytime under You.
• Memories: facts your companion saves about you (for example your pet's name or an upcoming interview). You can see, edit and delete every memory in the app under You → What he remembers.
• Profile and preferences: the name you give, how you'd like to be addressed, relationship settings, time zone.
• Account: an anonymous account identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple we receive a stable Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, an email address (which may be an Apple private relay address).
• Purchases: subscription status from Apple via our payments provider (RevenueCat). We never see your card details.
• Safety signals: counts of safety events (for example, that crisis resources were shown). Transcripts are not added to these counts.
• Diagnostics: error reports from the app and our servers (what failed and where), used only to fix bugs.
• Product analytics: which screens and features you use (for example that you opened a date, sent a message or viewed the subscription page), with your account identifier, device type and app version. These events never include the content of your messages, voice, photos, memories or anything you type. We use them to improve the app, with PostHog as our analytics and error-tracking processor. They are not used for advertising or shared with anyone else.
• Gems: a history of what you spent and received, which you can see in the gem store.
• Feedback you send us: if you rate the app or write to us from it, your rating and words, with your account identifier, app version and how long you've used it. Only our team reads it, to improve the app. It is never shown publicly and never shared with your companion.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. There are no third-party ad trackers in the app.
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
• Staff do not read conversations, except to investigate a message you report or a safety issue, under strict access controls.

How your data is processed

To generate replies, voice notes and photos, relevant conversation context (your messages, voice messages, photos you share and what he remembers) is processed by Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. We ask for your permission in the app before anything is sent. Microsoft does not use this data to train models. Data is stored encrypted in Microsoft Azure data centers in the EU (Sweden). Some sensitive memories (for example health or relationships) are saved only for context and are never brought up by your companion unless you mention them.

Your choices and rights

• Export: You → Export our story downloads every message, memory and moment.
• Delete: You → Delete everything permanently erases your account and data from our systems within 30 days (backups roll off within 35 days). If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
• Forget: delete or edit any single memory, or clear your chat while keeping your memories.
• Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights to access, correct, or restrict processing. Contact us at support@example.com.

Adults only

Yours is for people 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, romantic features are disabled and the account is restricted.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Inactive guest accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
