Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Yours → Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period.

How do I restore my purchase?
Open Yours → You → Plus → Restore purchases.

How do I keep my story on a new phone?
Tap Save our story in the You tab and use Sign in with Apple. Sign in the same way on your new phone.

He remembered something wrong.
Long-press his message and choose That's not right, or edit it in You → What he remembers.

How do I delete my data?
You → Delete everything. This is permanent.
